General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team focused on the care of dogs and cats. Known as pioneers in integrative care, the hospital delivers comprehensive services that combine traditional and alternative therapies to support complete wellness.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. Specific doctor hours will be discussed upon application.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will build strong client relationships, perform physical examinations, and deliver diagnostic, surgical, medical, and dental care with an emphasis on patient comfort. Responsibilities include clearly communicating diagnoses and treatment plans, educating clients on preventive healthcare, and maintaining accurate medical records. The veterinarian will also contribute to the development of the paraprofessional team, stay informed on the latest in veterinary medicine through continuing education, and actively represent the hospital within the broader professional community. This role is open to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital provides a wide range of integrative services, combining traditional veterinary medicine with complementary treatments. Their offerings include routine care, laboratory testing, vaccines, acupuncture, herbal medicine, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, orthopedic manipulation, Assisi PEMF therapy, Prolo therapy, and stem cell therapy. The facility is designed to support advanced diagnostics and personalized treatment, reflecting a holistic approach to veterinary care.

Team
The team includes 8 DVMs and 16 support staff, working collaboratively in a practice that prioritizes innovation, compassionate care, and professional development.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
