Working Hours / Rota
The role is full-time and designed for a veterinarian who is ready to take an active leadership role in both clinical and operational aspects of the practice. The position requires consistent presence and involvement to ensure smooth daily operations, support the team, and foster a strong patient-centered culture. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are key components of success in this leadership role.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As the Partner & Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a collaborative, client-focused culture within the practice. Delivering exceptional patient care and leading the evaluation and improvement of clinical standards will be a central part of your duties. You will ensure that doctors communicate effectively with clients, provide education on preventative care, and maintain accurate medical and surgical records.

Practice Details
The practice is located in a thriving area! It is purpose-built to deliver a boutique, concierge-level experience for clients and their pets. The facility includes five exam rooms, dedicated surgical and dental suites, in-house laboratory capabilities, and utilizes modern practice management software. Every detail of the practice has been designed to support high-quality medicine and an elevated client experience.

Team
You will have the opportunity to build your own team from the ground up. This includes hiring key personnel such as a hospital manager, veterinary technicians, and client service professionals!

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
