About the Role

As a General Practice Veterinarian, you will provide exceptional medical and surgical care to companion animals in a collaborative, supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine wellness exams, diagnostics, and medical treatments.
  • Conducting general surgery and dentistry.
  • Educating pet owners on preventive medicine and treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with veterinary professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Staying updated with continuing education and advancements in veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Experience in companion animal wellness, preventive care, and client communication.
  • Competence or interest in general surgery, with a desire to advance surgical expertise.
  • Commitment to high medical standards and ethical veterinary practices.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
