Customer Care  and Front Desk Management in a busy veterinary practice

Applicants should have at least 2 years experience in Veterinary front desk management, book-keeping skills, pet preventative medical knowledge, and team leadership. Customer Care Reps.  works closely with hospital administrator and lead technician.   Experience with Pulse Operating system is a bonus.  Also a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.

Hospital open Monday - Saturday. Fulltime staff generally work  4 day schedule, rotating weekends.  Our industry has it's challenges so management actively promotes a healthy work/home balance. An open door policy and EAP program are part of our employee's support system.
