Frankfort Animal Hospital is a busy, well-established small animal hospital in Frankfort, Kentucky, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. For more than 50 years, we have proudly served our community, and we are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

As a member of our reception team, you'll be one of the first and last people our clients interact with during their visit. Your compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

We are seeking a part-time receptionist. Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing incoming phone calls
• Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
• Communicating clearly with clients about services and hospital policies
• Supporting the medical team to help ensure smooth daily operations
