Introduction
Our client is a full-service small animal hospital in Apple Valley seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and compassionate team. With a reputation for providing the gold standard of veterinary care, the practice offers comprehensive services to dogs and cats in Apple Valley and the surrounding high desert communities.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, remaining closed on Sundays. This Associate Veterinarian position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with weekend coverage limited to Saturdays and no after-hours responsibilities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full range of veterinary care, including preventive health, dentistry, internal medicine, geriatric support, and surgical services such as orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. The role involves working closely with a skilled team of doctors, technicians, and support staff to deliver customized treatment plans and exceptional patient care. This opportunity is best suited for an experienced veterinarian who values high-quality medicine and collaboration.

Practice Details
The hospital offers an extensive range of services to ensure pets receive complete care in one location, including wellness exams, vaccinations, geriatric care, regenerative therapy, dentistry, and surgery. Specialized orthopedic procedures and advanced soft tissue surgeries are also available. The facility features a large reception area with separate entrances and waiting spaces to support client and patient comfort. An in-house laboratory, digital radiography, and ultrasound ensure accurate diagnostics and timely care.

Team
The practice is home to 4 DVMs supported by an experienced and collaborative team of technicians and administrative staff. The culture is team-oriented and focused on preventive and individualized care, ensuring every patient receives the attention and treatment they deserve.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
