Our client is a hospital in Redondo Beach, CA, seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This full-service animal hospital has proudly served the pets of Los Angeles County for over 25 years, building a reputation for professional, respectful, and responsive veterinary care. The hospital is committed to delivering comprehensive medical services to cats and dogs in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time Associate Veterinarian role with a structured schedule and no after-hours requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Responsibilities include performing wellness exams and vaccinations, managing internal medicine cases, providing dental care, geriatric care, puppy and kitten care, surgery, and emergency services. You will also utilize advanced in-house diagnostics to provide accurate and timely treatment plans. Strong communication with clients and collaboration with the veterinary team are key aspects of this role, ensuring that every pet receives professional and compassionate care.

The hospital is a modern, full-service facility offering a broad range of veterinary services to keep pets in optimal health. With state-of-the-art technology including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal exams, the hospital provides advanced diagnostic testing to support precise and effective treatment plans. Services include preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, geriatric care, emergency services, and comprehensive wellness care.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
