General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that treats cats, dogs, ferrets, pocket pets, and rabbits, and is currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with rotating Saturday shifts. The position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes full general practice responsibilities and is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital features state-of-the-art facilities and offers a wide range of services including conventional medicine, surgery, hands-free digital radiography, advanced level dentistry, laboratory diagnostics, cold laser therapy, and nutritional counseling. It also integrates complementary modalities such as homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, nutritional therapy, prolotherapy, chiropractic care, and herbal remedies.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs and 10 support staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
