Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their modern, AAHA-accredited facility focused on canine and feline care. The role offers a consistent four-day work week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend responsibilities, making it ideal for experienced veterinarians looking for work-life balance in a progressive clinical setting.

Working Hours / Rota
The position is full-time, with a four-day work week scheduled between Monday and Friday. The hospital is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on weekends.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will perform comprehensive physical exams and wellness screenings, and diagnose and treat medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses using evidence-based medicine and advanced diagnostic tools. This role is best suited for an experienced veterinarian who thrives in a high-quality, patient-focused environment.

Practice Details
The hospital has been operating since 2014 and features eight spacious exam rooms and modern equipment. It offers advanced diagnostics and procedures including blood and lab testing, electrocardiograms, x-rays, tonometry, ultrasound, and laser therapy. Services include wellness exams, surgery, dentistry, microchipping, vaccinations, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, preventive care, and health certificates.

Team
The hospital is home to a team of five DVMs and a high ratio of registered veterinary technicians and assistants to doctors. Each DVM/tech pair is supported by a dedicated administrative assistant, creating a well-organized and collaborative environment that values teamwork and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
