General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital that also sees some exotics and is currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is a full-service clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient base in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends. There are no on-call hours, and the schedule is flexible with options for either full-time or part-time employment, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for all general practice duties, providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of animal patients. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and those who are earlier in their careers.

This full-service hospital features a complete in-house laboratory, digital radiology, and a dental suite. It offers a wide range of services, from routine check-ups to advanced medical procedures. The team is committed to continued professional growth, with all staff regularly participating in continuing education to ensure the delivery of compassionate, state-of-the-art care.

This is a multi-doctor hospital with a healthy 3:1 support staff to doctor ratio, enabling a high standard of medical practice. The veterinary team brings treatment philosophies from top veterinary colleges and has nearly 50 years of combined experience. The environment is highly collaborative and supportive, fostering continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
