Associate Veterinarian

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about animal medicine, enjoys building lasting relationships with clients, and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care for companion animals.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures.
• Foster strong client relationships through compassionate communication and education.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in small animal practice preferred.
• Strong surgical skills and proficiency in common procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
