Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinarian to join our team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about large animal medicine, enjoys working with a variety of species, and thrives in a collaborative and community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care to equine, exotic pets, and family livestock.
  • Perform fieldwork and mobile services as needed for ranch calls and emergency cases.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education.
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions using advanced diagnostic tools and treatment protocols.
  • Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Qualifications:

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Nevada (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mixed animal or large animal practice preferred.
  • Strong surgical skills and confidence in handling a variety of species.
  • Ability to work independently in field settings and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
