This is a newly opened position at Angell Animal Medical Center for a Certified Veterinary Technician who has an interest in expanding their skill set into different departments at Angell. In this position the ophthalmology technician will work directly in appointments and surgery with our team of Board Certified Ophthalmologists while also working in a busy ophthalmology clinic using state of the art diagnostic ophthalmic equipment.
The ideal applicant:
We are looking for a Vet Technician with excellent interpersonal communication skills who enjoys working in a team environment while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The Ophthalmology Technician must have a strong technical background and knowledge of veterinary medicine and recognize the importance of conveying this knowledge and expertise to others.
