Were looking for a hardworking, friendly, proactive team player to join us as a Client Care Specialist.

What Youll Do

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospitalgreeting clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments with accuracy and care
• Process payments and handle client transactions smoothly
• Keep our reception area inviting, organized, and presentable

What Were Looking For

• A people-person with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy environment
• Strong computer and phone skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus !

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including rotating evenings and weekends.
