SUMMARY: The Director of Veterinarian Services is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and overseeing operations of a fully functional veterinary facility providing routine, preventative, and urgent veterinary care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Examine animals to detect and determine the nature of diseases or injuries. Treat sick or injured animals. Collect body tissue, feces, blood, urine, or other body fluids for examination and analysis. Inoculate animals against various diseases. Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
