Veterinarian ($25K sign-on bonus)

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both small animal and livestock medicine , with the ability to provide top-tier care to our diverse patient base. Whether you are experienced in small animal care or have a strong interest in large animal veterinary practice , we are eager to add a motivated professional to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals and livestock.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing modern diagnostic tools, such as digital radiography and an in-house laboratory.
• Develop and discuss treatment plans with clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their pets' or livestock's care.
• Offer preventative care services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and parasite control.
• Collaborate with other veterinarians, technicians, and staff members to ensure efficient operation and high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep up to date with continuing education.

Qualifications:

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota (or eligible for licensure).
• At least 2 years of experience in small and/or large animal medicine (new grads welcome to apply if they have strong clinical skills and mentorship interest).
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and dental skills .
• Excellent client communication skills and a strong commitment to client education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to both pets and livestock.
