A well-established, independently owned small animal veterinary practice in North Miami Beach, FL, is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This full-service clinic has proudly served the community for over 40 years and continues to grow, offering an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who values quality care, professional autonomy, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Base Salary: $175,000 annually
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, rotating Saturdays, no on-call
• Daily patient load: ~20 small animal cases
• Procedures: Soft tissue surgery, OVH/neuters, dental extractions, with mentoring opportunities in orthopedic surgery
• Supportive team: Experienced DVM owner, 5 veterinary technicians, 4 clerical staff
• Recently built and modernized facility

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent degree
• DEA license and USDA Accreditation required
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads not preferred)
• Strong interest in general medicine and soft tissue surgery
• Must be collaborative, client-focused, and detail-oriented
