Veterinary Technician

Join our team at Roosevelt Veterinary Center as a Veterinary Technician! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing top-notch care for our furry friends. The schedule we are lookimg for is Wed, Th and Fri 8-6 and Sat 8:30-2. 

Job Expectations:

• #1.  Ensure animal welfare and comfort
• Assist with surgical preparation and procedures
• Monitor anesthesia and vital signs
• Perform preventive care and dental prophylaxis
• Administer medications and IV catheterization
• Assist with surgeries and critical care
• Conduct venipuncture, catheterization, and triage
• Handle X-rays and lab work
• Participate in discharge planning and wellness programs

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $56,000 to $64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
