I just have to say Dr. Schmidt and his tech are AMAZING at Massena Town And Country!! Pugsley (our staffordshire bull terrier) was feeling very hesitant but he got right on the floor with him and made sure our baby felt comfortable and right at home🥰 At the end of the appointment Puggers was even comfortable enough to accept a treat which is very rare for him to accept anything that isn’t from mom and dad, I was so relived and happy to see this. We had an amazing experience and learned a lot today! Our boy is on the mend and we now know not to use over the counter tick preventatives for a multitude of reasons! They caught a lot of gaps in his records and he is now up to date on everything that he should be as far as vaccines and preventatives too!
