Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic LLC is pleased to now offer both a house call service for your convenience and office visits at our new facility located at 3619 Evans Ave. Our house call practice can provide many veterinary services in the comfort of your home, including, annual examinations, vaccinations, medical care, blood monitoring, pain management and end of life care. Because each pet has different needs, we will customize a vaccine protocol. In January 2015 we added an office building to complement our house call practice. We are now able to offer appointments in a clinical setting as well. We are able to perform blood monitoring, digital xrays and surgical and dental procedures. We keep complete paperless medical records, including vaccination schedules, blood work results, physical examinations and a record of weight fluctuations. We will mail out reminder cards during the month when blood work, annual examinations and vaccinations are due. We will email receipts and Rabies certificates at the end of each day so you will have a digital copy for your records. If you prefer to receive your paperwork via the postal service, please let us know and we will gladly mail them to you. Being environmentally friendly is very important to us. We make choices that will help keep us green, including paperless records, recycling syringe casings, printing only when no other option is available and recycling all packing materials. Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic is able to fill most prescriptions that you will need for your pet during times of illness. If your pet is on long term medication or on a prescription diet you can order and pick these items up at the Evans building between the hours of 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM Monday through Friday. We also have a local home delivery service for these items if you are unable to pick them up. There is a small fee for these services.
