At Muirfield Animal Hospital, it is our mission to provide the best veterinary care for our patients as well as building lasting relationships with our clients. We also strive to maintain a positive, healthy, and supportive culture amongst all our team members. We support our team members both at work as well as outside of the clinic. We understand that family should ALWAYS come first. The majority of our staff members have kids, or grandkids, so we all understand that life events happen and we are all happy to support each other. Our staff members are welcome to bring their kids with them when school is closed or when daycare is not an option. It is important to us that our staff and doctors feel supported and valued so we can all work together and provide the highest level of veterinary care. We want our staff and doctors to love what they do, where they work, and appreciate their co-workers.
Our hospital hours are from 8a to 5p Monday through Friday but our doctor hours are from 9a to 4p with an hour lunch. We schedule our appointments based on our staffing in order to make sure we always provide the best care and highest level of attention to each of our clients and their pets. We have access and refer to numerous after hours emergency and urgent care centers including Medvet, OSU, and VEG. We currently use EzyVet practice software which makes it easy to communicate with the clients and minimize the time spent on callbacks. Our staff members have all been selected for their technical skills, dedication, as well as personality. It is our goal to continue and maintain our current culture of mutual respect and support.
