Liberty Animal Hospital, an AAHA accredited full-service small animal veterinary hospital in Westminster, Colorado (www.libertyanimalhospital.com), is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian, General Medicine & Dentistry to join the established team. As an essential business, we proudly served our community through the Colorado Stay-At-Home order. We will continue to serve while we participate in the road to recovery from COVID-19! Liberty Animal Hospital currently has one Doctor on staff, and is continuously growing to reach full capacity and expand operating hours. Key Responsibilities of the Position: Provide patients with a high level of patient care while thoroughly working cases while utilizing the latest advances in diagnostics. Completes case records in a timely fashion. Champion the practice’s objectives and values and inspire others. Follow the established policies and procedures that govern the normal operation of the hospital. Maintain accurate records using SOAP templates for treatment plans and recommendations. Promote a collaborative working environment and encourage the value of teamwork. Successful Candidates will have: At least one or more years of experience working in a veterinary practice. Licensed and eligible to practice medicine in the state of Colorado or able to obtain CO license within 60 days. Proven track record demonstrating leadership with a pro-active and “take charge” attitude. Excellent multi-tasking abilities with acute attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills that is clear and effective with both clients and team members. A desire to make a difference.
