We are a small clinic in a rural community with approximately 8 employees. Our facility is a spacious 5,000 sq ft, where the majority of our business is in small animals, 30% equine patients, and limited exotic pets. We offer emergency services after hours and on the weekends.
We are a tight-knit, close group who works well together and is supportive of one another's lives, both professional and personal. Our team likes to get together to have lunch, go bowling, or do other fun activities that keep us connected. We trust our employees and encourage them to be self-directed in the workplace, taking on projects as they see fit.
