Arbor Hills Veterinary Centre is a 1.5-2 doctor, small animal practice located in an affluent suburb of Dallas, Texas. We have provided care for furry-family members (and their humans) of our community for the past 20 years. We are focused on providing the best possible care for our patients, and have an incredible client base that shares that vision. With their long-term loyalty, we have been able to mold their expectations of care to exclude a “treat and street” mentality, develop a solid foundation of client education, and cultivate a relationship full of trust. This means we are a diagnostic-heavy practice, and spend extensive time on client education. To assist in providing this type of care, we have a group of skilled and dedicated support staff that continue to go above and beyond to maintain our mission. While we are a smaller group, we have a family-style culture that we continue to nourish. Our practice philosophy of “nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care” says it all.
