Windcrest Animal Hospital is a privately owned practice. We are a General Practice with both a Critical Care and Emergency department. We treat small animals, as well as exotics. We provide specialty services such as physical therapy and acupuncture. We also offer boarding, bathing and grooming. We have recently become Cat Friendly Certified and many staff members are Fear Free Certified.
At Windcrest, we strive to keep a family culture. While clients and patients may be our primary focus, our staff is a very close second. We understand how stressful the industry can be and we try to balance that with a positive and fun environment. Doctors and technicians have more of a partnership when treating patients while technicians and Front Desk share the same goals when assisting clients. Customer Service is a large part of our practice. Building relationships with clients is key to helping the sick or injured patient. We want technicians who share the same philosophy of having a practice be like a family. We want technicians that are devoted to the client as much as the patient.
