Veterinary Receptionist Positions Available. Animal Hospital of South Bay, with locations in Lawndale and Rolling Hills, CA, is hiring for receptionists with Veterinary industry experience. We are a community based, family owned and operated, small-animal practice that hires client service talent with excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
• Providing award winning customer care to our clients is our #1 goal.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience.
• Ability to multi-task and handle yourself in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience on AviMark is a plus.
Duties:
• Assisting clients over the phone and in person
• Checking clients in/out
• Processing medical client files in the computer
• Administrative work, and hospital housekeeping.
