Frisco Emergency Pet Care opened in July 2016, as a "nights & weekends" animal emergency hospital that takes full advantage of the available technology (like paperless charting and cloud-based computers and digital radiographs). In April 2018, we expanded our hours, and now provide around-the-clock care, 24/7, all day, every day.

Using our paperless charting system allows our technicians to function they way they were trained - as nurses and care-givers - instead of data entry clerks. It also helps with organization throughout the hospital, from reception desk to surgery (no clipboards there, either - our monitors update the anesthesia record electronically) to the doctors' office.

Most importantly, we have created a positive culture that does not tolerate gossip - we are a team, and function as one. Our employees are an investment, not an expense, and treated accordingly. Everyone is heard.
