Our practice philosophy is to provide the best medical care to every patient while providing the ultimate customer experience to each client. We take the time to educate our clients and explain issues with their pets, and desire to have long lasting relationships with our customers. We believe in preventative medicine including wellness bloodwork and oral health care. We offer wellness plans, all of which include bloodwork and a full oral health assessment and cleaning yearly. We expect all of our staff to have excellent client communication skills and to always offer the best possible care while being able to work with clients in a nonjudgmental manner when necessary.Critter Care is a satellite clinic of our main hospital, Creature Comforts. It has the benefits of a slower paced growing practice with the support of a large facility. Critter Care is located in a 9000 sq ft recently renovated building with an attached resort/boarding spa. We have full in house laboratory, ultrasound, digital radiography and dental radiography.Our main hospital, Creature Comforts, established in 2000, is a 5 1/2 doctor AAHA accredited facility. We have great staff retention and a culture of positivity, teamwork and collaboration. We have full in house laboratory, ultrasound, laser therapy, stem cell therapy, laprascope, digital radiography and digital dental radiography. All our anesthetics are monitored by a dedicated nurse along with ekg, spo2, end tidal co2, and blood pressure. We stress preventative care and have a tremendous compliance with wellness bloodwork and oral health care.
