Dr. Dana Frank and her husband Rick Frank are committed to providing an excellent facility for our team members to provide the best care possible to our patients. Our doctors’ combined training represents multiple different veterinary schools with special interests in many areas of veterinary medicine. To be accredited by AAHA, our hospital must demonstrate an exceptional level of medical care and client service. AAHA's standards cover every aspect of our hospital to assure your satisfaction with the level of care both you and your pet receives. We are proud to be an accredited practice and believe this helps keeps us on the leading edge of veterinary medicine and focused on continuous improvement to assure we can offer the quality and range of services you expect and deserve for your pet. Cat Friendly Practice The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) developed the Cat Friendly Practice (CFP) program to help you support your cat's ongoing health care needs. This was achieved by helping practices to reduce the stress associated with the visit, increasing the quality of care provided, and supporting the veterinary team with information about cats' distinct needs, behavior and body language. When designated as "cat friendly," selected veterinary practices have proven they have taken specific extra steps to assure they understand a cat's unique needs and have implemented feline friendly standards. We received our accreditation in December 2013 from the AAFP as a Cat Friendly Practice. Fun Facts About PVPC! Collectively, our team has about 204 years of experience in the veterinary field! Between our team we have about 117 pets representing 8 different species GO GREEN! We generate about 1/3 of our daily electricity with solar panels. One of our doctors is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture. Our team loves to do anything outdoors including 5Ks.
