Against The Flooring is a quality-driven flooring company specializing in Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. Were committed to delivering clean, professional results for both residential and commercial clients. Were currently hiring a reliable and experienced LVT/LVP Flooring Installer. Experience with carpet and hardwood flooring is a strong plus.

Journeyman Position Summary:
As an LVT/LVP Flooring Installer, youll be responsible for installing LVT/LVP flooring in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and can work independently or as part of a crew. Experience with carpet is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
*Install LVT/LVP flooring (click-lock, glue-down, loose lay)
*Perform job site preparation, including leveling and patching subfloors
*Read and follow floor plans and installation specs accurately
*Communicate clearly with project managers, other team members and customers
*Maintain a clean work environment
*Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:
*3+ years of experience installing LVT and LVP flooring
*Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and flooring installation methods
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Reliable transportation, either a truck or van, a valid drivers license and auto insurance
*If needed must be able to travel an hour from Sacramento to jobs
