Position Summary:
This position performs first line basic care, feeding and husbandry of all species of animals used in research at UNMC (University of Nebraska Medical Center) in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards.

This position maybe required to take part on the Comparative Medicine emergency team which will be activated during severe weather and/or unusual circumstances where personnel must stay on site for extended periods to ensure the animals at UNMC are cared for. (E)
