Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional nursing care to surgical patients Monitoring anesthesia and patient recovery Placing and maintaining peripheral IV catheters Setting up and troubleshooting fluid therapy equipment Administering CRIs and fluid therapy Monitoring patient response and recognizing complications early Maintaining sterility and surgical standards Collaborating closely with surgeons and specialty teams Performing detailed patient assessments and physical exams Skills & Experience We're Looking For You are confident and experienced with: Venipuncture Peripheral IV catheter placement Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery CRIs and medical math Ventilator use Surgical scrub and sterile technique Monitoring abnormal pressures and patient trends IV fluid pumps and anesthetic equipment NG/NE tube placement Recognizing abnormal heart and lung sounds Advanced patient monitoring and nursing care Most importantly, you bring: A collaborative mindset Compassion for patients and clients Strong attention to detail Adaptability in a fast-paced specialty environment A desire to continue learning and growing Join a hospital where your voice matters, your skills are valued, and your team genuinely supports one another.
