I-20 Animal Hospital is currently seeking an Emergency Veterinarian for an Overnight role and offers an outstanding compensation package, including a base of $130k$200k (DOE), 2223% production (DOE), and total earning potential of $250k$300k .

Additional incentives include a $20k sign-on bonus , relocation assistance, and a schedule of only 14 shifts per month providing exceptional work-life balance.

We welcome experienced ER DVMs, GP veterinarians seeking to transition into emergency medicine, and new graduates interested in developing their ER skillset within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates will also benefit from structured mentorship through NVAs 12-month Mentorship Program. Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
