Who's not afraid to work can do comb Clips, scissors hopefully maybe even some cats would be wonderful. Must be kind and gentle with the animals. We are a very busy Grooming Salon. I'm looking for somebody who will fit into our family for many many years somebody who doesn't bounce around from shop to shop. I'm looking for somebody to work 5 days a week Sundays off and one other day during the week must be able to work Saturdays. I treat my employees very well nobody's perfect but we try to make it as comfortable and respectful there as we can most of my employees have been with me give or take about 20 years. Even ones that have left have come back. I think that alone speaks volumes about our shop. I'm really looking for somebody who's not afraid to work come in early and or stay later and keep the drama at home. I try to treat all my groomers respectfully and even though everyone needs to be treated the same I still treat them all a little differently, every groomer needs completely different schedules while grooming. I try to cater to each groomers own special needs. Of course that's the best we can do being a dog groomer we always have those crazy crazy stressful days that somehow we managed to get through.
