Overview

As a Client Experience Manager, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth client implementions, renewals, and ongoing sisfaction. Youll also mentor and guide your team to grow professionally while fostering strong client relionships.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring client expections are met.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee system setup, EDI/SSO projects, and payroll integrion.
  • Collabore with your team to ensure seamless system configurion and testing.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth.
  • Facilite client renewals and guide new implementions.
  • Address client concerns quickly and professionally, escaling issues when needed.
  • Contribute to improving team processes and procedures.
  • Youre a nural problem-solver with strong project management skills.
  • You thrive in a collaborive environment and enjoy mentoring others.
  • You have experience with benefits systems, EDI/SSO, and payroll integrion.

About You

  • Bachelors degree in a reled field preferred or one year experience with HR Technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience with HR Technology, preferably benefits administrion OR experience a benefits brokerage firm.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Highly organized with diligent documention habits.
  • Self-motived and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communicion skills.
  • Ability to effectively communice with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to clarify and respond thoughtfully to questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Compension and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
