What Youll Do
Veterinary Assistants play a critical role in patient care and hospital operations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting technicians and veterinarians with patient care
- Providing quality nursing care to hospitalized patients
- Cleaning and disinfecting treatment and kennel areas
- Assisting with patient treatments and orders
- Supporting emergency and overnight care teams
- Helping maintain hospital flow and efficiency
- Communicating compassionately with clients and team members
- Jumping in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Primary Schedule
- 2:00 p.m. Midnight (there may be some 4:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. shifts included at times)
- Weekends and holidays required
