What Makes This Role Different This is not corporate veterinary medicine. You'll be paid hourly not on production so your focus stays where it belongs: the patient in front of you. Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling: anywhere from 1 day/week to 4 days/week Available days: Thursday through Sunday Shift lengths tailored to your preferences Compensation: $100/hour No production-based compensation models What You'll Actually Be Doing This is focused, low-stress medicine centered around: Preventative care Vaccinations Wellness services Community outreach No emergency medicine. No overnight calls. No major surgeries. No pressure to sell. You'll work alongside an experienced support team of skilled veterinary technicians who handle much of the hands-on workflow, allowing you to focus on patient care, client communication, and medical oversight. Most days involve traveling to 2-4 pre-scheduled community locations in a fully equipped mobile unit.
