About Our Hospital

Weve been caring for Huntsvilles pets for over 30 years with excellence, empathy, and innovation. Our hospital is AAHA accredited , Fear Free certified , and a Cat Friendly Practice through AAFP. We operate out of two beautiful buildings : a full-service hospital and a brand-new cutting-edge wellness center .

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a Customer Service Representative with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
• Understands that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority
• Comfortable with handling payments, a multi-line phone system, email and other means of client reporting
• Familiarity with Avimark is a plus
• Strong willingness to maintain a clean , presentable environment
• A team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture

Schedule & Benefits

• Compensation : Starting at $16/hour , based on experience
• Schedule : 10-hour shifts (rotating Saturdays)
