Atlas Veterinary Urgent Care is a busy, privately owned urgent care/soft ER hospital that opened in September and has quickly become a valued resource within the community. We maintain a steady urgent and emergency caseload (with a little GP follow-up sprinkled in) and continue expanding our services, including urgent care surgery. We are what the community needs us to be. We work hard, laugh a lot, swear a little (okaywe swear A LOT), eat lots of snacks, fuel our caffeine addictions with Starbucks, and work through the organized chaos of urgent care medicine together in Augusta, Mainewith humor, teamwork, authenticity, and the ability to know when it's time to dig deep and provide emotional support and compassion to both our clients and each other. We are also proudly privately ownedmeaning no corporate red tape, no endless layers of management, and the ability to practice medicine with common sense and flexibility. We are seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced environment, collaborative medicine, and helping shape a growing hospital where their input truly matters.
