This is not a beginner position. Applicants must have prior hands-on experience working with horses or livestock. Applicants without prior livestock experience will not be considered. Minimum Requirements / Requisitos Minimos: 18+ years old Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Minimum 1 year of hands-on ranch, farm, or livestock experience (required not entry level) Must wear PPE and follow safety standards Background check required after conditional offer (per CA law) Confidentiality agreement required This role requires reliability, physical strength, and real working experience with livestock.
