Your Role on Our Team:
As our front-line ambassador, youll be the friendly face and voice welcoming clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Be comfortable around pets (bonus points for 6+ months of experience working with animals).
• Possess stellar written and verbal communication skills .
• Bring a passion for helping pets and people .
• Have a great sense of humor and thrive under pressure.
• Be reliable, team-focused , and ready to tackle challenges with grace.
