Already experienced in a veterinary practice? Fantastic, we cant wait to meet you! Have you never worked in a veterinary practice before, but are an experienced receptionist? Not to worry, as we have a robust training program to get you up to speed quickly, but we do require medical/dental front office experience if you do not have veterinary experience.

What Youll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
• Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
