Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality medical care and exceptional client service. This role supports veterinarians in all aspects of patient care, diagnostics, treatment, and client education.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Prepare patients and equipment for surgery; monitor anesthesia and recovery
- Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory testing, radiographs, and medication administration
- Accurately document medical records and treatment plans
- Provide nursing care for hospitalized patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, medications, and post-operative instructions
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment
- Uphold hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum of [2] years of veterinary clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, laboratory procedures, and radiography
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, no weekends or holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 4050 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with patient handling
