Your Impact as a Receptionist

• Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive titude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassione care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordinion: You'll maintain accure medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advoce for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educing clients on preventive care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Emphy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstring emphy and respect in every situion and treing each pet like your own.

Wh You'll Bring to the Team

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communicion skills with the ability to manage stressful situions with good judgment and a positive titude.
• Strong organizional skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborive, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• We are open 24 hours and le shifts are required! Examples of le shifts: 1pm to 10pm, 3pm to 12pm, 11pm to 10 am. Roting weekends required.
• The salary range for this position is $17.00-$20.00/Hr. based on experience
