We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our dedicated team of emergency veterinarians. The ideal candidate will have strong surgical skills, a commitment to mentorship, and a desire to grow or step into a leadership role that shapes the future of emergency veterinary care at MCPES.

Compensation & Benefits:

-$300K+ annual earning potential through 2325% production (no negative accrual)
-Guaranteed minimum of 10 shifts/month (day or swing) with $170K base
Shift pay:
$1,400 Day (6am6pm)
$1,400 Swing (1pm1am)
$1,600 Night (6pm6am)
Medical Director stipend: $1,400/month ($16,800/year)
Leadership CE allowance: $2,500 annually
