Occidental Veterinary Hospital is growing, and were looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician or RVT to join our supportive, non-corporate team in the beautiful town of Occidental, CA .

Pay: $26–$32/hour (DOE)

What Youll Be Doing:

We need a skilled tech who can hit the ground running! Your role will include:

• Placing IV catheters & monitoring anesthesia
• Performing dental cleanings & taking high-quality radiographs
• Prepping & assisting in surgery
• Calculating fluid rates & medication dosages
• Providing compassionate patient care
• Assisting veterinarians & handling animal restraint
• Keeping our clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years of veterinary experience (more is always welcome!)
• Strong technical skills & confidence in your abilities
• Excellent communication & client service skills
• A reliable, team-oriented professional who takes their work seriously
• Someone who shows up, follows through, and wants to grow with us
