Managing Veterinarian

Lindsey Veterinary Hospital is a vibrant, multi-vet practice in Penticton, BC, and were excited to welcome a Managing Veterinarian to help lead our team. In this role, youll partner closely with our Hospital Manager to support hospital performance, team engagement, and long-term success. Youll practice high quality medicine, provide mentorship and support, and foster a collaborative, positive team culture. Youll also connect with a national community of veterinary leaders, with professional development and leadership support tailored to you.

This position is well suited to someone looking for a 34 day workweek with an interest in dentistry and surgery. We see both small animals and exotics, and can provide the opportunity to see both if desired. The position offers a salary of $110,000$130,000, monthly production bonus opportunities, quarterly leadership bonuses, and a signing/retention bonus. Benefits include health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, relocation assistance, CE, paid time off, and more.
