Veterinary Technician

We are a full service privately owned small animal clinic in the beautiful Hill Country.  Our mission is provide high quality veterinary care in a rural setting. Hours are Monday - Friday 8-5:30.  
We are seeking 1-2 new Veterinary Technicians/Veterinary Assistants to join our team. You will be part of our vital team providing assistance and care to our patients.
 
What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our clinic.
• Monitor patient conditions during treatments, procedures, or activities.
• Administer medications to patients.
• Interact with clients in exam rooms and get history and vitals.
• Monitor patients during surgeries and recovery.
• Draw blood, place catheters, run laboratory specimens
• Client education. 

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal Veterinary Technician candidate will have 1 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Animal Handling
• Veterinary Assisting

We are willing to train Veterinary Assistants with limited experience.
