General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a well-established veterinary hospital in Yucaipa, California, seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. With over 60 years of service to the Inland Empire, this practice has deep community roots and a strong focus on client education and compassionate care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday. The associate veterinarian can choose a consistent four-day schedule, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. The hospital operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves delivering high-quality care across a variety of services including internal medicine, soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, and emergency medicine. The associate will collaborate closely with a skilled team to support both preventive and urgent care cases in a well-equipped environment.

Practice Details
This full-service facility offers a comprehensive range of medical services tailored to both dogs and cats. Services include dental care, internal medicine, ophthalmology, emergency care, and in-house diagnostics. The clinic is equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, digital dental radiography, ECG/EKG, and lab capabilities including bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal testing. The caseload is varied, and the culture is supportive and community-focused.

Team
The hospital has a team of 3 DVMs supported by a collaborative and experienced support staff. The environment promotes teamwork, quality medicine, and long-term relationships with clients and their pets.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
