CI Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and drive operational excellence initiatives. This role will focus on identifying areas for improvement, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring consistent optimization of processes across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement projects, driving operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Facilitate training and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Track and measure performance metrics to assess project outcomes and sustainability.
• Partner with plant leadership to align continuous improvement initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for process-related issues.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and expertise to plant employees to ensure long-term success of improvement efforts.

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven approaches to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in a plant-based role with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
